We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. The price applicable to your order is that shown at the time of checkout. We will never charge your payment method without your explicit authorisation.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked service to your registered UK address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive your delivery or that a safe delivery arrangement is in place.
You may cancel your order prior to pharmacist approval without charge by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been approved and your order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept cancellations due to the nature of prescription medicines.
In line with UK consumer law, prescription medicines are exempt from the standard 14-day right of return. Refunds will only be considered where a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. Please contact us promptly if you have an issue with your order.
